1. What We Collect

We collect your phone number (for login and account identity), chat messages you send to MAI (to provide AI responses), and generated content (websites, images, slides, portfolios). We do not collect or store your full payment card details — payments are processed by Stripe.

2. WhatsApp & Phone

When you message MAI on WhatsApp, we only see messages you send to our MAI number. We cannot read your other WhatsApp chats with friends, family, or groups. Login OTP codes are sent to your WhatsApp number to verify web dashboard access — never share OTP codes with anyone.

3. How We Use Data

Your chats are processed by AI models to generate responses. We do not sell your data. We may use anonymized usage patterns to improve the service.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers in Malaysia and Germany. We retain chat history for 90 days unless you delete your account.
